Grief has no timeline. It doesn’t ask permission. And it doesn’t just “go away.”
This 8-week guided journey is here to help you find calm, compassion, and meaning while carrying your grief with love.
Through weekly teachings, gentle practices, live support, and a compassionate community, you’ll learn how to:
Quiet the storm inside your body and mind
- Release guilt, shame, and self-blame
- Reframe pain as an ongoing expression of love
- Create rituals of remembrance for your loved one
- Build a sustainable path forward without “moving on”
Weekly Breakdown
Week 1: Calming the Storm
We begin by bringing safety and steadiness back to your body. You’ll learn simple somatic tools to help you regulate your nervous system, settle overwhelming emotions, and create moments of calm when the storm of grief feels too heavy.
Week 2: Self-Compassion in Grief & Loss
This week is about softening the harsh inner voice that often shows up in grief. You’ll practice treating yourself with the same tenderness you give others, releasing guilt and shame, and learning how to create a gentle, restorative space for your healing.
Week 3: Reframing Pain as Love
Instead of seeing your pain as something “wrong,” this week helps you recognize it as a reflection of love. You’ll explore ways to transform painful reminders into rituals of remembrance, allowing grief to be an ongoing bond with your loved one.
